Pasir Ris-Punggol Town Council operates at two offices:

The offices operate from 8.00am to 5.00pm from Mondays to Fridays, and 8.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays. 

The offices are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. During these days and after office hours, you may call our Essential Maintenance Service Unit at 1800-275 5555 (24 hrs service) for any assistance.

For Urgent Services after office hours, (e.g. lift breakdown and other essential services provided by our Town Council), you may also contact our Essential Maintenance Services Unit at 1800-275 5555.
